CineBase — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

CineBase ("the app", "we") is a photo and video enhancer that runs entirely on your device. This policy explains what data is and isn't handled when you use the app.

On-device processing

All enhancement and upscaling happens locally on your device. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to our servers and are never used to train any model.

Photo & camera access

We request photo library and camera access only so you can choose or capture the image you want to enhance, and save the result back to your library. This access is used on-device only.

No account

CineBase has no sign-up or login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or contacts.

Advertising

Free users may see rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use a device advertising identifier to deliver and measure ads. You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising. See Google's privacy policy for details on data AdMob processes.

Subscriptions

CineBase Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchase and managed with RevenueCat. Purchases are tied to an anonymous app user identifier; we never receive your payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Network use

Apart from advertising and purchase validation, the app makes a lightweight request to fetch trusted time, used to manage the daily free-usage limit. No photo or personal data is transmitted in this request.

Children

CineBase is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
